A. With custom homes, you get exactly what you want. We also use higher end materials and do not rush the process. The Overall cost is not much more depending on your finish choices.
Q. How much does MWS Builders LLC charge to build my new home ?
A. Our formula is simple, we charge a percentage% above our cost to build your home. We do not fluff up receipts. We can go really fancy on finish materials or a little more basic to save money.
Q. How long does it take to build a custom home.
A. From the time you start designing your home with an architect and when you can move in, plan on 9 to 12 months.
Q. What's the current cost to build a new custom home.
A. Currently in 2021 with the cost of materials and labor on the rise, a new custom home on a 24 inch average height concrete foundation will start about $130 a foot.
